At Karalin’s Bridal Couture, each gown is handled with the utmost care and often customized to your needs. For this reason, we maintain the following return policy to ensure the highest standards for all our clients.
Due to the delicate and personal nature of bridal wear, all sales are final. Once a purchase is made, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Custom-made or bespoke gowns
Altered gowns (including those altered in-house or elsewhere)
Sample sale or clearance gowns
Accessories such as veils, headpieces, jewelry, and intimates (for hygiene reasons)
International orders (due to customs and shipping regulations)
All gowns and accessories are thoroughly inspected before purchase. Once the item leaves the boutique, it is considered accepted in its current condition.
If you believe your item is defective or damaged at the time of pickup, please notify us immediately so we can review the concern before you leave the boutique.
We cannot accept claims for damages after the gown has been taken from our premises.
All viewings are by appointment only and require a $30 appointment fee. This fee helps us provide a private, one-on-one experience.
We accept Zelle, credit/debit cards, and cash.
For gowns priced at $1,100 or more, we offer the option to split your payment into two installments.
